Why are PVRMSM price ranges wide?
The ranges were designed after years of research and testing by Prudential. The ranges are wide because the program is designed to attract buyers from the low end of the range as well as allowing the seller to maximize their selling price towards the top end of the range for that buyer who may want the property and will pay a premium to secure it.
